This case study focused on assessing the impact of the restaurant service environment on enhancing customer satisfaction at club restaurants in the University Center of Tipaza. Through the deployment of an electronic questionnaire distributed on student-centric Facebook pages, the study revealed that individual elements of the service environment positively influenced customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the composite effect of these environmental factors was statistically significant, demonstrating their collective importance in fostering customer satisfaction in this unique setting.
